Blue Lagoon Villa is a luxury, 2 storey, fully self-contained private accommodation (photo attached)- right at a white, sandy beach and crystal blue lagoon which is good for swimming and snorkelling (photo attached). The Villa is situated at Black Rock beach on the sunset (western) side of Rarotonga, close to town (5 kms) and most other facilities, it's also across the road from a general store with most daily food and beverage needs. Blue Lagoon Villa is new with all necessary modern fittings. The Villa is beautifully decorated with wood and cane furniture and many local arts and crafts works. The LOUNGE features colour TV/Video, DVD 6-speaker surround sound entertainment unit, Stereo and Playstation. Bring your favourite DVD's, music CDs or Tapes and Playstation games. We have about 5 various games to pass a bit of time. The modern KITCHEN feature a new gas stove and oven, fridge, Microwave and all quality cutlery, crockery and glassware needs. There are 3 dining areas to choose from and a gas BBQ on the deck too. The large Master BEDROOM is air-conditioned and has its own ensuite with a bath/shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom is equally large (4X4m) and is next to the other bathroom/toilet. The downstairs LAUNDRY (connected by a chute) features a large, new automatic washing machine. We also have our own large, underground water tank (with pump) to service the Villa and ensure clean, constant water supply. The Villa is fitted with insect- screens and built up high overlooking our private, tropical garden and lawn, with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from the wide upstairs deck- overlooking the peaceful lagoon, out to the horizon. |
